Phase 3: Boosting Performanceĭuring the final phase of your boot camp, you’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on, putting your skills to work through real-world applications. Using the same tools as professional developers, you’ll learn how to work with servers, databases, and other back end technologies so you can connect them to the front end of a web page. ![]() Phase 2: Developing Technical Skillsĭuring these weeks, we focus on teaching you the skills necessary to engineer a full stack web application. These first weeks will cover HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as command line fundamentals and API consumption before moving on to developing more technical skills. In order to equip you with the foundational concepts of web development, our curriculum begins with a deep dive into the basics of coding. Phase 1: Laying a Strong Foundation in Coding Each phase is designed to build on the concepts covered throughout the course, starting with coding basics, moving on to databases and back end technologies, and finally putting it all together in a final project where you can showcase your skills to peers, instructional staff, and potential employers. In order to prepare you for the field of web development, the Coding Boot Camp curriculum is broken into three phases: Foundation, Technical, and Performance.
